To be "compliant" means to be in accordance with the rules, laws, specifications, in short, the standards of any kind that have been established for a particular activity. To ensure compliance with these standards, we have created our "AQiA Compliance Program Manual".

 

 

We conduct frequent training sessions to reinforce appropriate behavior for all employees.

We provide a whistleblower channel on our website and guarantee the confidentiality and protection of information received, and we have a Compliance Committee that is prepared to address issues in accordance with the standards.

AQIA has an Information Technology team that is always looking for new technologies with major suppliers such as Microsoft, providing information security, maintaining and upgrading equipment and work tools, with support focused on the performance of our employees.

We have a development team that builds applications, improves processes and automates our ERP, and develops BI dashboards to monitor KPIs that support better decision making.

AQIA University is a program that reflects our training philosophy and development, in which all our employees have the opportunity to participate in a tailored program in their area of expertise and career plans, with the idea that their experience with us is collective and long-lasting. We use a virtual platform where all employees have their own personal account with access to performance reviews, goals and objectives, and a channel with more than 100 courses.

 

 

1 - Young Talents Program:

Aimed at young apprentices and interns. The idea is not only to fulfill the quota according to the current legislation, but to develop them into excellent professionals.

The program has a modular design with the following topics: Integration, Interpersonal Relations, Work Tools, Family Planning, Professional Attitude, Communication, Self Management, Post Program Planning, Career Plan, Presentation Techniques, and Diversity and Inclusion. For the graduation of the first class, we were honored to have the presence of the Mayor of Guarulhos, Gustavo Henric Costa, and other public authorities.

2 - Specialist Academy Program:

Designed around activities and careers with a degree of specialization. Participation in workshops, lectures and courses offered on the market, focusing on a specific topic, such as industrial automation, microbiology, research and development.

3 - Technology Academy Program:

Designed around activities and career paths that will have contact with projects related to  technology.

4 - Coaching Program:

Designed for activities and career paths that require assistance in resolving behavioral and relationship issues in a corporate environment.

5 - Operation Program:

Designed around activities and career paths in operational areas. E.g. production, logistics, maintenance.

6 - Sales Academy Program for the Commercial Area:

Specific activities and careers in the commercial field, with the goal of team development and sales force skills development.

7 - Young Leaders Program:

Aimed at the activities and career paths of people recently promoted to middle management positions, e.g. foremen, supervisors.

8 - Manager Program for Leaders and Middle Management:

Designed for activities and career paths that focus on planning, monitoring, and taking responsibility for team results. For example: Supervisors, Coordinators, Managers.
