They are a global call to action to end poverty, protect the environment and the climate, and ensure that people can enjoy peace and prosperity.
Based on this, we created our pillars to elaborate our strategies in order to assume our commitments to achieve these goals.
We are going through a phase of control, monitoring and diagnosis of all actions carried out considering the four pillars below. In this way, we were able to stipulate our indicators and objective targets to be met in the short, medium and long term.

The health of our business environment, where we value transparency and legality, is remarkable. The latter well contributes to our Compliance Program, where the focus is to minimize legal risks and ensure reputation.
For this, it shares practices, methods and processes based on ethical commitments, standards of conduct towards stakeholders and supporting our dealings in the fight against corruption.

We seek balance with nature and use science and chemistry to promote health, beauty and well-being. For our products, we use the precepts of green chemistry, plant extractions by supercritical CO2 and biotechnology.

Naturality Index: ISO 16128
It was already AQIA’s practice to provide customers with the vegetation index of our products, a calculation that was performed internally, according to the AQIA methodology, in order to facilitate understanding of the composition of our products.
With the creation of ISO 16128, we adapted and today we deliver the calculation of the Naturality Index according to ISO. This index also serves as a basis for us to develop new products that are increasingly sustainable.
Commitment to Traceability
We seek to achieve full traceability of our entire product line through investments in research at our Research and Technology Center to be increasingly aligned with sustainable development, minimizing dependence on non-renewable resources.

AQIA Química Inovativa Ltda, located in Guarulhos-SP, Brazil, a manufacturer of chemical inputs, is based on its Environmental Policy:

(7 Accessible Renewable Energies, 13 Climate Action, 14 Protect marine life, 15 Protect terrestrial life, 12 Sustainable production and consumption).And we are already working to obtain certification in ABNT NBR ISO 14001 which specifies the requirements of an Environmental Management System and allows an organization to develop a framework for protecting the environment and quickly responding to changing environmental conditions.

Monitoring is carried out by area, and all aspects and impacts generated by the company are surveyed with a view to controlling and minimizing the most significant impacts that may cause damage to the environment.
Control, monitoring and treatment of emissions
Scope of Environmental Management
Development, production, trade (import and export), representation and provision of services of chemical and similar products for master pharmacies and industries: chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, household cleaning, derivatives and similar. Based in Brazil, with distribution in South America, North America, Central America, Europe and Asia.
industrial waste
Its objective is to reduce the generation of waste in production, in addition to recycling, reusing and ensuring the environmentally appropriate final disposal of our waste.
- Aiming at the circular economy premises, part of our waste is donated to a partner company that reuses this waste in its internal processes, and the packaging generated is returned to AQiA for reuse and reduction in the purchase of new packaging. Another part of the materials with recycling potential are separated and sent to recycling companies, with a view to reducing waste sent to landfills.
Atmospheric emissions
Preparation of an environmental calendar with actions and campaigns carried out throughout the year in order to engage employees in the cause. Emergency Brigade training for quick and efficient responses in cases of environmental accidents.
Water monitoring
- All monitoring of water generation was carried out through consumption indicators, aiming at consumption reduction targets.
- Preventive maintenance for possible leaks.
Energy monitoring
- All monitoring of energy generation was carried out through energy indicators, aiming at consumption reduction targets
Atmospheric emissions
- We carry out measurements to control our atmospheric emissions.
- Black smoke control of the entire fleet.
