Our manufacturing unit is located in S\u00e3o Paulo state, in the city of Guarulhos. It has several implemented technologies capable of producing items for the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical market. It is subdivided into two units, according to the complexity of its processes and products produced.<\/p>\n

Unit 1 is capable of producing cosmetic inputs through complex processes, such as transesterification, esterification, etherification, amidation, betainization, quaternization, emulsification, crystallization, among others. In this unit, the pastillation process is also carried out.<\/p>\n

It has ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716\/GMP and RSPO certifications.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unit 2 is authorized to produce pharmaceutical grade excipients and cosmetic specialties. In this unit, we carry out specific processes such as extraction and concentration of plant extracts by a subcritical extractor, in addition to the ingredient fractionation operation.<\/p>\n

Part of our expertise in industrial capacity are the micronization and spray-drying processes, which we carry out via Joint-Ventures and third parties.<\/p>\n
